Our online personal training offers a real trainer to design a customized workout plan for the client to do on their own.  Further, the trainer follows up with feedback, accountability, changes if needed, remotely.

How does Internal Fortitude 2.0 personal training, classes, and challenges work?

Depending on what you sign up for.  In personal training, our trainers design a plan that works and is tailored to reach your goals.  The trainer will give you a weekly checkup, ask for status updates and hold you accountable.  At the beginning of each month, the trainer will customize a new plan with various exercises for continued growth.  Classes and challenges are hosted through online video conferences.

What are the benefits of Internal Fortitude 2.0 online training!

Our online training programs offer you the time to follow your plan any time of each day.  No scheduling necessary.  If you'd like your trainer on video during a workout session for form checks, book your trainer.  Designed programs by our trainers are typically more cost effective than an in-person trainer.
